Ocelli from latin stands for an eye-like pattern found on peacock’s feather. The bird, one of the national symbols of India, is referring to the ties we have to our location - the Byward Market. Using it as a source for our inspiration, we build our concept around the trade - exotic ingredients, recipes from different parts of the world and fusion.

The cocktails were crafted by our talented team under the careful eye of our owner Witek Wojaczek, who built his experience in some of the world’s best bars. The application of modern techniques in combination with best quality ingredients and translation of the international food recipes into cocktails makes for truly exceptional experience.

Our food programme was built around the same ideology of international ingredients and fusions. The menu was designed to go perfectly with cocktails and to be easy to consume. Our small plates are offering an amazing compliment to the cocktail list and can be consumed as a snack as well as a tasting menu, which we highly recommend.

Our wine and spirits list was designed as living and always evolving organism.
